I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

I have every right to post the work on any social media.

You may not resell my artwork, use it commercially, or for promotion of a commercial project unless we have discussed and agreed on this usage.

You may not remove my signature from commissions.

You cannot resell/edit/copy/claim/trace my work.

Credit my work and you cannot claim as your own.

You may buy it for others.

If there is any reason I cannot finish a piece, I will offer you the work that I have done for the price it would amount to a refund for the remainder of the cost of work not completed.

Currency is only accepted in USD (Paypal)

Payments are only accepted, paid 100% or split 50% and then 50% after the sketch.

You cannot send me payment unless I have agreed to do your submission, and requested you for payment.

Once I have started your commission (once I will notify you) you don't have any permission to refund.

If you cancel your order before I start it you will get a full refund.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

Art is not to be edited, resold, animated, or drawn on by anyone other than myself after completion.

Edits to the art piece after completion will cost a fee depending on the complexity.

By submitting a commission form, you, the client, are making an acknowledgement that you understand & agree to ALL of the above terms & that you're willing to accept full responsibility if said terms are violated.

‧ A photo of what you want to be drawn (optional)

‧ If you dont have one please describe hair style, hair color, eyes, outfit etc... with high quality references.

‧ The emotion/face expression described/photo

‧ Background color (or transparent)

‧ Do you need this drawing before a specific date?

‧ Can I post/use your drawing as an example/showcase?
